FACE'S of REAL people who have USED the PROGRAM'S the REPUBLICAN'S want to CUT.

Republican's and Democrat's these are the FACE'S of REAL people who will be DIRECTLY affected by CUT'S in these Programs:
MEDICAID:

1. Provides Heath Insurance to Low Income families,Women,Children,Disabled and the Elderly.
2. American's who fall in the above mentioned group DEPEND on these programs for BASIC SURVIVAL NEEDS.

WIC-help's with Nutrition Programs for Pregnant (Women),Infant's and Children by providing Milk product's,cheese,whole milk,infant food and cereals and formula for the babies.

The ELDERLY and DISABLED in most cases qualify for the above mentioned programs Plus a few more:

1. MEDICARE-Provides Health Care for the ELDERLY and DISABLED.
2. SOCIAL SECURITY (SSI) Provides extra INCOME available for ELDERLY and DISABLED American's who have worked and PAID into it.
3.  Along with Pension's,Retirement Plans and EXTRA needed help from MEDICARE and SOCIAL SECURITY to make the Transition into the last part of there LIFE much smoother

These two beautiful children with help from the WIC program and the State of Illinois MEDICAID program were able to have access to needed Medical Service's and with out it they would not have had MEDICAL COVERAGE.

A great way for the State of Illinois to CUT down on DEBT would be:

1. ENFORCE COURT ORDERED CHILD SUPPORT
2. STARTING from CONCEPTION to and after the BIRTH of the CHILD.
3. In ILLINOIS if the Mother is single  the ILLINOIS CHILD SUPPORT SYSTEM will draw up the necessary papers to have the FATHER served with a Paternity Order to verify the FATHER through DNA tests.
4. This is a long Process and takes around 5 month's for the Potential Father to be served by the State of Illinois. Which means the Father does not  pay half of the DELIVERY of his CHILD nor does the ORDER for CHILD SUPPORT start until he is SERVED LEGAL COURT paper's.  Around 5 month's after the BIRTH of the CHILD.
5. Good thing the Mother had access to Medicaid,WIC.food stamps and some  help with cash.  How would the Baby live?

• State of Illinois: the LAW'S are (there) you just have to make sure you ENFORCE them.  From the JUDGES to the ATTORNEY'S the view was and still is( it's not really a CRIME). 
• DEADBEAT'S:CONTEMPT of a COURT ORDER is a CRIME!! They know the State of Illinois will not ENFORCE the COURT OR
•  Women who receive Public Aid you try not reporting any CHANGES in income and see what happens to you!  You'll pay every dime back and if you don't you'll go to jail.  If any kind of OVERPAYMENT of cash or food stamps occurs no matter if it is the State of Illinois fault or your fault.  You  will and are responsible to pay back every cent to the State.of Illinois. 
• DEADBEAT'S:it is a CRIME not to pay CHILD SUPPORT!  It is not a VICTIMLESS CRIME!   The TRUE VICTIM is the CHILD!!
• Hold DEADBEAT'S in CONTEMPT for not providing HEALTH INSURANCE!
• Hold DEADBEAT'S in CONTEMPT within a month of non-payment..
• Hold DEADBEAT'S in CONTEMPT if they do not REPORT changes in EMPLOYMENT. These DEADBEAT'S will get a job and as soon as withholding orders take effect they quit and go to another job.
• The State of Illinois,Judges,Attorney's and Politician's are fully aware this is going on. I know from experience.
• Each job the DEADBEAT did not report increase in WAGES should still be CALCULATED on the INCREASED WAGES not the lower wage.

Different State's now are DRUG testing recipients who receive Public Aid and holding their benefits until they test CLEAN for ILLEGAL drug use.

1. Really?  Who needs DRUG REHAB now by STARVING the DRUG ADDICT and their family it will force them to STOP USING DRUGS.and they will SEE THE LIGHT.  Really??
2. The State should then order ALCOHOL and DRUG TEST for DEADBEAT'S. I know a DEADBEAT who then and now drinks 36 cans of BEER a day and still functions.  He had money for ALCOHOL and a PRIVATE ATTORNEY yet he did what he could to avoid paying CHILD SUPPORT.

• By CUTTING these PROGRAMS the situations will get much worse. 
• Providing Planned Parenthood programs and through EDUCATION is going to be the only real LOGICAL to decrease unwanted Pregnancy's.

1. Not through TORTURE and STARVATION. It won't work.
2. By not proving Planned Parenthood programs who help provide different alternatives concerning BIRTH CONTROL will only make matters much WORSE not better.

• Those pictures could be pictures of your CHILDREN  or GRANDCHILDREN. If you think this will NEVER happen to me, well, think again. That thought is WRONG it can happen to you or one of your family member's. I am almost a 100 percent positive that you will benefit from One if not (all) of these Program's by the END of  your LIFE.
• It CAN and will HAPPEN to YOU!
